The 'aclocal' program is part of the GNU Automake package:

It also requires GNU Autoconf, GNU m4 and Perl in order to run:

make: *** [Makefile:540: aclocal.m4] Error 127
해결방법
autoreconf 를 실행함.
# autoreconf -f -i
그래도 안될 시 automake install 되었는 지 확인 후 없으면 설치
apt-get install automake
